Manuscript Submissions
Tweens & Teens, Young Adult, Fiction, Nonfiction, Biblical Based Imprints
(all imprints except Poetry and Tenacious)
Follow guidelines exactly. Following these guidelines is a test.

General Information:

1. Follow the General Submission guidelines.
2. Manuscript submissions for books needing illustrations are closed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. 3. Submissions are open for the following imprints:
4. Any material quoted in a manuscript from another source MUST be cited and, if used and required, must have written permission from the owner of that intellectual property; and a copy of the permission must be included with the manuscript. The only exception is the use of material in the public domain. Any facts used, even in fiction, must be accurate.
5. ALL manuscripts under contract are rigorously edited. 6. Genres wanted at this time: Action/Adventure, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery/ Suspense/Crime, Romance (especially cozy), Nonfiction, Women’s Lit, Southern-Lit, Historical Fiction. |

Tweens & Teens Imprint
1. We are particularly interested in seeing suspense, horror, science fiction, fantasy, paranormal, and other manuscripts in similar subgenres
2. The main character or characters should be in the age range of 12 – 17. 3. The plot and subject matter should be appropriate for the age of the audience and within the boundaries of what is acceptable by 4RV. 4. Only well-written, edited, and polished manuscripts are wanted. |
Young Adult Imprint
1. Genres wanted include Action/Adventure, Science Fiction, Fantasy, Mystery/ Suspense/Crime, Romance (especially cozy), Nonfiction, Women’s Lit, Southern-Lit, Historical Fiction.
2. The main character or characters should be in their late teens to late-twenties. 3. The plot/story line should be applicable to young adults beginning their adult lives, education, careers while encountering the challenges of their lives as a young adult. 4. Only well-written, edited, and polished manuscripts are wanted. |
Fiction Imprint
1. The Fiction Imprint includes works of fiction for a more mature audience than teens and college-aged individuals.
2. The plot/story line should apply to adults who have probably left school, started a career and/or family. 3. Genres wanted are those wanted for all the other imprints. 4. Again, only well-written, edited, and polished manuscripts are wanted. |
Nonfiction Imprint
1. The Non-fiction Imprint includes the following topics, but is not limited to them: science, biographies, autobiographies, memoirs, histories, and other fact-based manuscripts.
2. The audience can be for ages included in the Tweens & Teens Imprint upward. 3. Biographies must tell a compelling story of the person. We are particularly interested in manuscripts that deal with unusual subjects. 4. Only well-written, edited, and polished manuscripts are wanted. |
Biblical Based Imprint
1. The Biblical-Based Imprint fiction needs are fictional stories/plots based on the Bible or Biblical teachings. The story/plot must be based on the Jewish or Christian beliefs.
2. The Biblical-Based Imprint non-fiction must be based on the Bible or Biblical teachings using facts, research, and factual information. 3. Manuscripts can be for any of the other imprint audiences. 4. Only well-written, edited, and polished manuscripts are wanted. |
